Founded in 1973, Servicon was one of the early pioneers of the "Total Service Package", integrating a wide range of facility services under one service contractor. From our core business as a janitorial contractor, Servicon soon developed expertise in floor coatings, janitorial and restroom supplies, clean rooms and labs, general and preventative facility maintenance, landscaping, mail room management, and providing workers to highly restricted areas. This has allowed each customer the convenience of choosing any or all of our services as needed. By taking responsibility of these outsourced services at a reduced cost, we enable our customers to focus on their core business.

Servicon has realized consistent growth since the inception of the business over 3 decades ago. We currently service over 40 million square feet a day throughout the southwest United States.
