Servicon is unique in the janitorial industry because of their Green initiatives and green cleaning program. They also practice proper and respectful treatment of their janitorial crew. I think Servicon portrays many different values but mostly integrity. At our facility, we were sold on the quality of their professionalism and commitment to their employees.

Learning about the extensive green cleaning and initiatives Servicon implements was an added bonus when we were considering them as our janitorial contractor. Servicon has also been very proactive in maintaining quality cleaning and resolving issues as they may arise. Greening our buildings is very important to our ownership and our management. We are constantly required to seek new ways to make the property more energy efficient and ‘green’. We wish all our vendors approached this initiative in the same manner as Servicon.

The employees of Servicon also make a big impact on the quality of work they do. Jose Vasquez has been a god-send to our day porter staff. He always accepts work orders without complaining and everything we ask of him gets done in a timely manner without requiring follow up.
