Servicon is different from other janitorial contractors because they show a willingness to perform other required duties to assist us at meeting daily requirements and expectations from internal departments beyond janitorial services. They are a company that communicates their integrity throughout their organization. When we started up with Servicon, we had a seamless transition which made the switch very easy on us. From a green consultative standpoint, Servicon has helped us review our own work processes and see where we can become more environmentally friendly which is very important to our organization.

One example of Servicon going above and beyond their call of duty is when a lead Servicon employee volunteered to perform minor mechanical plumbing while our regular mechanic was on medical leave. It saved us from having to reorganize our staff to accommodate while we were having a very busy week.
